A Look Back Into My Life

Hi, I'm Robert Bell—but everyone calls me Bob. My life has always been about service. For over 40 years, I served as a classroom teacher, and during that time, I found that my role extended far beyond teaching the curriculum. I was a guide, a mentor, and a steady presence in the lives of my students. But my path of service didn’t stop at the classroom door—it expanded to being a Reiki teacher and mentor at Green Inner Light Reiki.

Mission: Called to heal, gifted.
Gifts of healing hands and heart.
This call, love burns deep.

From Classroom to Reiki

Discovering Reiki gave me the space to breathe. Once I began to release stress, I was ready to explore something more. In the midst of lesson plans, grading papers, parent meetings, and everyday classroom pressures, I found myself on a treadmill. That’s when Reiki came into my life.

  • Attuned through the levels to Practitioner/Master in October 1997
  • Used Reiki both in classroom environments and in private healing sessions
  • Helped students and clients release stress and restore balance in Body, Mind, and Spirit

Intention Goal Setting

With clarity came focus. I began working with Intention goal setting to give new direction and purpose to my life.

  • Stress relief through Reiki opened the door to personal transformation
  • Setting meaningful intentions helped me realign my goals
  • I began living not just with purpose—but with peace

In the early 2000s, I discovered Brain Gym, a form of educational kinesiology developed by Dr. Paul and Gail Dennison.

  • Brain Gym uses movement to support learning and achievement
  • I integrated Brain Gym techniques into both my classroom and Reiki sessions
  • The blend of Reiki and Brain Gym helps support balance, clarity, and energy flow

Continuing the Call to Serve

Now semi-retired, I remain active as a Reiki practitioner and a lifelong educator. My commitment to service—to supporting, guiding, and healing—continues.

  • I serve all my brothers and sisters with compassion and care
  • I believe in lifelong learning and lifelong healing
  • My mission remains: to uplift, restore, and help others walk their path with clarity and intention
